What I'm Eating
A comment that I (and vegans all over) seem to get is, "But what do you eat?" or, another favorite, "Where do you get your protein?" Diet diversity has actually become quite the name of the game! There are so many delicious plant-based options in the world. I actually created a variety of meals for when I'm "lazy" and don't want to work too hard to come up with dinner options, and the list had forty items on it within a few minutes! It really can be done, and it doesn't have to be boring.
